After interviewing several chefs that were a bit apprehensive about cooking for a group of eighteen (all needed additional helpers) Lala's response was "no problem, easy breezy". Her engaging personality and her perpetual smile were as welcome as her creative gifts in preparing meals that were simply scrumptious ... and always plenty extra for the following day!
